At Willemsrivier you can host a function at our venue area: Die Eetplek, Skerm and area at the trees.

You need to book the whole farm and then the venue is free for 30 people attending the function

Fee structure:

  • 30-50 people R30000
  • 50-80 R35000
  • 80-100 R40000
  • 100-140 R50000

For any amount of people people you need to book the whole farm to ensure privacy and exclusive access to the function venue. Venue not available during flower season August and September.

Need to hire own catering drinks flowers cake photographer etc. 

Need to hire extra toilet for guests above 50 people. 

Willemsrivier do rent out glassware and glass underplates.
